Excellent variety at buffet dinners each night.

Hotel was fairly clean, very honest staff.

The restaurant was nice clean for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. The facilities, such as coffee, Spanish channels, and a kettle, were all that was needed...

A fantastic and wonderful hotel with amicable employees from the handy man right up to senior management. Marvellous and fab location in the restaurant-e, and 15 minute walk from an expansive public park. Also - short walk to a lovely promenade...  

The location was perfect for beach lovers, with amazing ocean views from my room. I really enjoyed the elevated solarium for sunbathing. The evening entertainment was a highlight.

The rooms are tidy with gorgeous views.

Fine ocean views from the modern rooms, especially from the balcony, provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The elevated solarium for sunbathing offers an ideal space to soak up rays without the crowd....  

The staff is competent, the breakfast inclusive, the location is wonderful close enough to the beach and sunrise, and the restaurant for evening meals. Overall the room is good sized, air-conditioned and includes a balcony, a coffeemaker, and a kettle....  

The breakfast was varied, the check in was efficient.

The elevated solarium was perfect for sunbathing, and the beach, with lifeguards around, was fantastic for a chill day. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the lively acts which kept us entertained throughout our stay....  

We explored the nearby Puerto Portals Marina and loved the beach with lifeguards on duty. There's evening entertainment at the hotel, a nice touch. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were friendly....  

The location is ideal, just a short walk from beautiful beaches and local dining options. My room was clean, modern, and offered fine ocean views. The dining experience was enjoyable as well, with a diverse range of delicious...  

great stay with minor room issues

Staff promptly attended to my needs and were friendly. The hotel's location overlooking the beach was a highlight and made it easy to access everything nearby. I loved the sea view from my room which added charm to my mornings....  

The location was perfect, just steps from both Palmanova and Son Matias beaches with fine ocean views from my clean, modern room. The food was delicious and varied, and the drinks were reasonably priced....  

I had a fantastic stay here! My room was spacious and spotless, with a great sea view, and the variety of delicious food impressed me every day. The only downside was the inconsistent shower pressure, but overall, I’d definitely come back!
